What is the return policy?

All sales are final. Please double check the listing details for measurements, material, color and size before purchasing. While we’re committed to bringing you quality pieces in excellent condition, all items are secondhand and may show subtle signs of wear-and-tear. Any notable flaws will be noted in the description and reflected in the price. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to hello@folestudios.com for any additional questions!

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally and shipping rates will be calculated and applied at checkout. If you're not able to place an order to your location, please send us an email at hello@folestudios.com!

When can I expect my order?

Your order will ship between 2-4 business days, so please expect 4-9 days for delivery. You will be emailed tracking information for each purchase.

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with you to help track the order. However, we are not responsible for stolen packages and you will need to contact the carrier on your own after a notification of delivery. 

Are all items vintage?

The term “vintage” refers to any item 20+ years old. While most of our items are true vintage, some may be on the “cusp” of the official cutoff. We prioritize sourcing quality and timeless garments, and the majority of these pieces fall in the vintage category.

Why do items contain multiple sizes?

The majority of vintage sizing does not accurately reflect modern sizes, making some items appear misleading. Under the Fit tab in each item description we include "Listed Size" (what is written on the tag) and "Best Fits" (an estimation of how the item would be categorized today).

With this said, we always recommend knowing your measurements and checking the Measurements tab as this is the most accurate depiction of the size.
